Participation in the Sagejoy & The Tidy Abode “Spring Giveaway” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules (the “Official Rules”) and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Sweepstakes eligibility requirements.

Prize Provider: The Tidy Abode
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, any company or person affiliated with the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on May 5, 2020 at 2p.m. Eastern Time and ends on May 25, 2020 at 11:59p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter:
A. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.sagejoy.com/giveaway-sweepstakes (“Website”) and follow all on-screen instructions to fill out and submit the entry form. Entrant must complete all steps as set forth in this section and provide all required information to receive an eligible Sweepstakes entry. One (1) entry per entrant is permitted.
Limit: One (1) entry per entrant during the Sweepstakes Period, through email signup using the Website link above. You may not use multiple accounts to enter the Sweepstakes and an entrant who submits entries into the Sweepstakes through multiple accounts will be disqualified. To preserve the standards of a Sweepstakes, Sponsor or Prize Provider may ask for additional information which will be used for fraud prevention.
Determination and Verification of Potential Winner: Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, or invalid entries, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to submit an entry at the time submitted will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” of an email address, is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from remaining entries.
Prize Description: One (1) Sweepstakes Winner will receive the prize consisting of the following items ("Prize"): Diane, a professional organizer and Founder of the The Tidy Abode, will work with the Sweepstakes Winner to:
Design a customized organization system for one space
Produce personalized product recommendations
Coach the Sweepstakes Winner through the entire process with three face-to-face video chats up to 3 hours in total (must be booked on Sagejoy.com at https://mentors.sagejoy.com/en/listings/962698-organization-coaching).
Prize Aggregate Retail Value: over $350
ONLY ELEMENTS OF THE PRIZE DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE BEING AWARDED TO WINNER. There is no in-person consultation at this time. Winner is solely responsible for all incidental expenses, if any. No cash equivalent. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not award any difference between the approximate retail value stated above and the actual value of the Prize. Sponsor and Prize Provider reserve the right to substitute any listed item of the Prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated item should become unavailable for any reason. Any portion or the Prize not accepted or unclaimed and/or unused by the Winner will be forfeited and will not be substituted and no additional compensation will be provided. In order to claim the 3 hours of face-to-face video chats, winner must book The Tidy Abode listing for 3 hours on Sagejoy.com and Sagejoy will subsequently refund the winner back. The winner is expected but not required to leave a review on Sagejoy.com at the following URL https://mentors.sagejoy.com/en/listings/962698-organization-coaching. A positive review is not required but would be appreciated.
Notification: Potential winner will be notified by e-mail. Potential winner must respond to accept or decline the Prize within seven (7) business days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) business days of Sponsor’s notification, does not respond timely to Sponsor within seven (7) business days of Sponsor’s notification, or if Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected by Sponsor. Upon Prize forfeiture, no payment or other compensation will be made to the original potential winner.
Publicity & Email Communication Consent: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and Prize Provider's use of Winner’s name, photograph of the space 'before-and-after' the Prize or organization coaching was provided, and/or opinions for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
All participants including the Winner consent to receiving email communication and special offers from Sagejoy and The Tidy Abode.
Release & Waiver: By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and Prize Provider from and against any and all liability, loss, injuries or damages associated with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize received in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, indirect, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to participate.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York or the appropriate New York State Court located in New York County, New York.
