Hello, I am trying to exercise at home but it is not the same as going to the gym. At first, I was feeling very anxious. Now that the gyms are closed, I have nowhere to go. I am trying to do pushups at home which helps. I have thought about watching pilates videos but I need a break from my computer screen. Recently, I have been running around my neighborhood and that really boosts my mood. Talking & laughing with good friends also keeps me sane 😀.
